Job Description

📌 Position Summary:

Join our team to provide developer support for Azure-based solutions including App Services, PaaS Developer, Developer Core, and Integration Service. Your role will focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues like application crashes, API connectivity problems, identity synchronization errors, and billing or quota disputes to ensure smooth customer experiences.

🔍 Common Issues Handled:

  • Diagnosing and fixing App Service crashes and errors
  • Troubleshooting PaaS resource provisioning failures
  • Resolving API connectivity issues (e.g., Graph API, REST API)
  • Managing identity synchronization problems between B2B and B2C environments
  • Handling billing disputes and quota-related inquiries

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

  • ✅ Receive and manage customer support tickets via email, calls, and meetings
  • ✅ Reproduce issues in test environments to diagnose root causes
  • ✅ Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify and fix bugs
  • ✅ Provide proactive guidance and solutions to customers to prevent recurring issues
  • ✅ Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing
  • ✅ Assist in continuous improvement of support processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements

✅ Must Have:

• Open to Freshers – requires Fluent English (~IELTS Speaking 6.5+)

• IT background / Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills / Experience with CI/CD tools

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++ or others

• Solid understanding of Azure services and identity management

• Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts

• 5-day work week2 unfixed days off (9 hours/day: 8 hours work + 1 hour break)
